3/8 Inch Reduction Screen
Use for dry material
i.e., leaves, grass clippings, brush, branches, that you want shredded
into extremely small fine pieces.. This size will decompose quicker
and return nutrients into the soil faster.

3/4 Inch Reduction Screen
The circular openings
are twice the size of the 3/8 inch screen but this screen is still
intended for dry material that you want shredded somewhat larger.
Material shred to this sized won't decompose as quickly but will last
longer.

1-3/4 Inch Reduction Screen
This screen will
accept material for shredding that may be damp or have more natural
moisture still in it. It will create larger, coarser material that
won't decompose into the soil as quickly as the smaller screens.

Bar Grate
For wet or green
material, i.e., green cornstalks, matted leaves spoiled vegetables.
The large opening, 1-1/8 inch, between each of the seven bars allows
wet material to fall through without clogging. Each bar itself is
3/8 inch wide.
