Roger Rouse vs Henry Hank
1967

"Anaconda-born Roger Rouse hails from Opportunity, Montana. Rouse began fighting in Anaconda in 1952, and in 1954 fought Golden Gloves in Chicago. During college he was N.C.A.A. Championship boxer.

His most recent fights include Eddie Cotton, Rouse winning by a decision; Les Borden, Rouse winner by a knockout; Eddie Cotton again, Rouse again the winner by a decision; Dave Russell, Rouse winning by a knockout.

Pete Jovanovich, Rouse's Manager, says Rouse is at his peak and will avenge his previous loss to Hank tonight."

"Henry Hank hails from Detroit, Michigan, and is a seasoned pro. It seems that since his association with George Gainford he will be a threat to any light-heavyweight he meets.

He won a decision over Rouse in 1965 after knocking the Anaconda slugger off his feet in the 8th round. Rouse finished the fight but was badly outpointed due to the knockdown.

Hank has a tremendouse left hook and you'll see him use it against Rouse tonight. Hank is anxious to win this fight as it can advance his chances for a title shot."
