This  two-week integrated unit on Wolves is geared for
3rd - 5th graders. This unit will include Language Arts, Math, Social Studies and Science, Art, Physical Education along with technology components.

The purpose of this unit is to introduce students to wolves and their habitat. It will incorporate discussion of endangered species, adaptations and the re-introduction of wolves into areas of the United States. Students will also be exposed to Native American traditional stories about wolves and compare them to familiar wolf stories such as "Little Red Riding Hood" and Aesop's Fables.
