Alpine Weavers and Spinners Guild
      Flathead Valley, Montana
The Alpine Weavers Guild began in 1951 with the enthusiasm and energies of five talented ladies:  Dorothy Breck, Helen Kaeding, Bernice Passmore, Jean Robocker, and Lilian Tubb.    During the next 49 years it grew steadily into the group known today as the Alpine Weavers and Spinners Guild (the Spinners were added sometime in the 1970's).  We currently have about 40 members drawn from all over the Flathead Valley and surrounding areas.

On May 17, 2000 we had a special Founder's Day celebration.  Many former members joined us, including Beth Lindell, formerly of Bigfork, who came all the way from Minnesota!
