Hi there! Quick question : Why do you know that the rapture will occur on a millennium? Which one? Was it supposed to be 2000, b/c it was all zeroes, or the real millennium, the year 2001 (that's the real millennium b/c there was no 0 A.D.)? OR -----> will it be on a millennium anniversary of either the birth of Jesus or the resurrection of Jesus? I do remember hearing that he didn't get born on the year 1 A.D., but that he was actually born closer to 5 A.D. -33 A.D. If you understand this gibberish, please respond. I appreciate it!
I really want to know just how you know its a millennium when it will occur.
Thanks!
God Bless,
Steven M.

Hello Steven;
I don't know that the rapture will occur on a millennium...and I don't believe I've said that anywhere on my web site. Is there a particular reason why you thought I did believe such a thing?
The Bible says that no one knows the time of the Lords return except for the Father and that the rapture can happen any time.
I'd love to talk more about it with you, but I'm not sure where your coming from with your question to me.

I thought that the rapture was not known to anyone either, so that is why I asked. Maybe I just interpreted the sentence incorrectly. After Thess 2:1 and before Jude 14 there was a line in there about the millennium, and I'm not sure whether it was misinterpreted by me or what happened. That was in the "The Rapture : The Rapture in Scriptures" links. So, thank you for responding so quickly the first time, I appreciated it very much! That is all.
Thank you, and God Bless.
In Closing,

Oh, I get where you were looking at now.
What I wrote was: "Scriptures tell us that we, his saints, will come with Him when He, Jesus, our Lord, comes to Earth the 2nd time, this time to set up His reign (known as the millennium)."
What I meant be "millennium" here is the 1000 year reign of Jesus described in Revelation 20. I was not referring to the year 2000 or any other specific year. Scriptures teach that when Jesus comes back to earth to establish His 1000 year reign that the saints are coming back with him. I point this fact out to show that obviously we, His saints, must be first taken up to heaven to be with Him in order for us to return to earth with Him (Rapture). Does that make better sense to you?
So, will I see you there, my friend?

I understand now! Thank you very much. I am trying my hardest to stop faking my Christianity like I have been for awhile now. I was faking my Christianity in some ways, such as not praying all the time, reading the Word, or praising God to others and being a witness. In other ways, I was being a Christian, and b/c of those ways my parents (Dad and Stepmom) resent me and won't accept me. They keep trying to pull these mind games on me.
Hopefully, with this business of the Rapture, I will be able to get them to not be so skeptical about the whole thing. Hopefully, when it happens, I will meet you in person there, and maybe I will see my parents too. Thank you very much for your time as of late. I appreciate it. God Bless

Re: the seventh Church
i am curious what God is trying to say about this church and the fact that he has nothing good to say about it. i was wondering if he would feel the same way about the people that go to this church but also participate in bible studies and pray daily? if you could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. and could you reply to (I am blanking out his e-mail address for confidentiality purposes - Derek(webmaster))? thanks a bunch! God bless!

Hello Brad;
I thought I was corresponding with Steven at this e-mail address. But...no matter, nice to hear from you.
When you are asking about "the seventh church", are you referring to the Laodicean church mentioned in Revelation 3? If so, Jesus is condemning that churches apathy (lukewarm). They had no passion for Jesus, no need of Him. I am confident that this can apply to individuals as well as a specific church. We must be cautious that we do not fall into the practice/ritual of merely "going to church", "bible studies" or even "daily prayer" and loose sight of our true love and passion for Christ. Also, I believe it could be referring to a "church age", meaning a period of time in the history of the Christian church as a whole. If you are interested in this concept more, you may wish to read the section "The Church" on my web site. I would be happy to discuss this further with you if you would like.
