Webmaster for The Official Bosnia Elections Website www.oscebih.org -Created the design and layout, and maintain the more than 1,000 files. The site is published in four languages and uses CGI and Java scripts and audio and video files. -Established procedures and trained personnel in Vienna and Sarajevo to be able to post timely information from remote locations. The site is hosted on a server in Vienna, Austria, which I update and control from Montana, based on data I receive from Sarajevo. -The site contains laws, election regulations, procedures and forms, voter information and education materials, maps, candidate and political party information and election results. -The site marked the first use of the Internet for voter registration by refugees in more than 55 foreign countries. |

| Sales & Customer Service Representative- My responsibilities began with inbound telemarketing - customers call in with a catalogue and ask questions about Mac and PC products. I was able to convert these people into revenue & sales immediately. Because of my success I was asked to train other people as they entered the telemarketing bullpen. Not only did I have to understand the wide range of products we sold, I had to be able to help customers determine complex system compatibility issues over the phone. Unfortunately for me and for the company, the telemarketing center was moved to Spokane Washington, and I did not want to leave my home in Montana. |
