05/96—10/97 Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE); Sarajevo, Bosnia and Vienna, Austria
Webmaster for The Official Bosnia Elections Website www.oscebih.org -Created the design and layout, and maintain the more than 1,000 files. The site is published in four languages and uses CGI and Java scripts and audio and video files. -Established procedures and trained personnel in Vienna and Sarajevo to be able to post timely information from remote locations. The site is hosted on a server in Vienna, Austria, which I update and control from Montana, based on data I receive from Sarajevo. -The site contains laws, election regulations, procedures and forms, voter information and education materials, maps, candidate and political party information and election results. -The site marked the first use of the Internet for voter registration by refugees in more than 55 foreign countries.
12/96—3/97 Government of the Chechen Republic
Webmaster for The Official Government of the Chechen Republic Website http://www.chechnya.org -Created the design and layout, and maintain the official website for the government of Chechnya. -The site will contain information about the country, government and people of the Chechen Republic. The site is currently under construction. When completed, it will be larger than the website for the Bosnia elections.
02/95-06/95 MAC'S PLACE @ EGGHEAD SOFTWARE Kalispell, Montana
Sales & Customer Service Representative- My responsibilities began with inbound telemarketing - customers call in with a catalogue and ask questions about Mac and PC products. I was able to convert these people into revenue & sales immediately. Because of my success I was asked to train other people as they entered the telemarketing bullpen. Not only did I have to understand the wide range of products we sold, I had to be able to help customers determine complex system compatibility issues over the phone. Unfortunately for me and for the company, the telemarketing center was moved to Spokane Washington, and I did not want to leave my home in Montana.

Customer Relations Assistant Manager - I personally directed the activation of 2,800 business and residential customers over a 6 week period. These customers resulted in dramatic increases in sales and profits. I streamlined and supervised the customer service activities for the US and Canadian telecommunications networks. Processed customer inquiries in both English and French. Provided service assistance and information for ATCI's large commercial accounts. Maintained data entry support for telecommunication services on UNIX, Windows, and Macintosh computers.
1990-1994 NORDSTROM Pentagon City, Arlington, Virginia
Assistant to Manager - In an effort to pay my way through college I worked during all college breaks for Nordstrom. I was responsible for inventory, price adjustment controls, and customer assistance. My responsibilities covered the departments of Men's Sportswear and Ladies' Individualist. I advised and assisted sales people in helping customers. My departments consistently exceeded company established goals and sales targets. Expedited managerial tasks so that department manager could concentrate on other priorities. Expedited customer checkouts so that volume of business was increased without additional support personnel.
07/93-12/93 CARELLI'S OF CHICAGO Boulder, Colorado
Hostess and Waitstaff- I prepared closing and daily activity reports and I completely reconciled the register's cash and Visa/MC accounts. I was responsible for greeting and seating customers. I processed phone orders and worked hard to created a positive atmosphere for the restaurant patrons and staff. I also waited tables after working there two months.
05/92-08/92 BLUE MOUNTAIN RANCH Golden, Colorado
Ranch Manager - I personally cared for and fed over fifty horses. I maintained the ranch facilities, keeping stalls and pastures clean. I also cared for any sick or injured horses.

Assistant Manager - My family has been in the retail Bridal and Formal business for over 30 years, and I learned from an early age the importance of working hard and satisfying customers. I personally supervised a small staff and was often responsible for opening and closing the stores. Together with my mother I went to NYC for buying trips and placing merchandise orders. I gained a wide range of valuable experience including assisting customers, balancing books, coordinating fashion shows and preparing advertising campaigns and other promotional events.
