Hypocritical U.S. policy ignored in the “Land of the Free”
In November of 1989, the Berlin Wall — which had stood as the seemingly indestructible wall to the world’s biggest prison — ceased to exist. People surged through it from both sides, greeting each other with cheers, embraces and champagne. People in the United States exulted that “our” values had won some monumental competition as we comfortably watched from our living rooms.

The Arrow Mailbag: Excellent job, Arrow staff
My name is Bill Yelenak. I currently live in Southington, Connecticut, and I am on the staff of The Emblem, our student run publication. It is only four pages and with a lackadaisical staff and a huge town, there’s not much we can really do. I read The Arrow, though, and I’d have to say this is one of the best school papers I’ve ever read. I’ve read almost every school newspaper. I’ve seen some from Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Texas, etc … and now Montana. And yours is definitely in the top three if not higher. I’d just like to compliment some of your great staff members on articles I  feel I’ve just gotta mention because they were amazing.

Coverage of Clinton’s scandals overshadows worthwile issues
We’ve heard enough about Bill Clinton’s sex life.
Despite daily coverage by television and mainstream news sources, Americans aren’t particularly fired up about whether or not Bill actually slept with Monica, Gennifer, or anyone else that wasn’t his wife. Recent polls have revealed that Clinton’s popularity skyrocketed midway through the television coverage of the Starr investigation.
