VICA members awarded at state
For three days, FHS VICA members stayed in Havre to compete in a statewide competition, and those three days yielded nine medals and one national qualifier, senior Kyle Thomas.

Kidsports to build new ballfields for community ball players
April 6 marked the beginning of a new future for the softball and baseball programs of Kalispell and the Flathead Valley. The days of playing on fields with massive holes caused by flooding and playing home games on away fields will soon be a mere myth to the FHS students a few years from now.

FHS students break the mold, teach Elrod students poetry
Like the pottery they created, second graders and high schoolers created new forms of friendship and understanding in the classroom of art teacher Linda Burgard on April 9. 

Biomes and Barrios clkass shines under Costa Rican sun
From March 14 to last Saturday, FHS students found themselves    relaxing in the sum among birds, giant turtles and fish. However, the seven students who went to Costa Rica for Biomes and Barrios were also kept busy with activities like hikes and snorkeling.
