Bravettes drop two after 3-0 opening
After starting the season 3-0, the Bravettes basketball team lost its first two conference games this
weekend against the Helena High Bengals and the Helena Capitol Bruins.
Against the Bengals on Friday, the Bravettes lost despite leading 24-22 at the half. Trailing 46-44,
Darcy James missed a desperate three-point attempt with four seconds left that would have given
Flathead the win.
Despite Herzog performance, Braves stumble

After a strong season start, the Braves lost their second conference football game on Friday to the
No. 1-ranked Helena Capitol Bruins, 31-19.
Soccer teams kick off to perfect starts
The Braves and Bravettes soccer teams both were winners last Saturday against Stevensville,
improving to 4-0 marks for the season.
The Braves won 1-0 and the Bravettes followed with a 8-0 shutout of their own.

finishing 10 runners in places 2-11.
