On the afternoon of Tuesday, Sept. 17, sophomore Christopher Hunt, 15, died at his home of self-inflicted gunshot wounds.

A note was left and the Flathead County Sheriff's Department suspects no foul play, said sheriff Jim Dupont.

Dupont warned students not to hold feelings of depression inside.

"There are people who can help," said Dupont. "Suicide is not a good option."

Counseling is available in the guidance office for any students who wish to discuss their feelings related to the event.
