Video yearbook orders in final weeks

A three-minute video-annual teaser in the halls of FHS was a catchy reminder that the opportunity to purchase Flathead's first video annual won't last forever- until Thanksgiving break to be exact.

"I was already going to buy one, but it was an exciting experience to see it," said senior Kristi Young. "I can't wait to see the rest."

The three-minute promo played in the foyer during both lunches two weeks ago. Altogether, the video annual will be 30 minutes long and will be distributed during the summer so that footage from graduation can be included. The video annual staff is calling everyone included on the three-minute promo to let them know they are on the promo and to encourage them to buy a copy.

The video comes with a full money back guarantee.

"Everyone should buy a copy simply because it's the only way you can truly remember your high school experience," said video annual editor senior Cadie Malberg. "You see everything you don't see in the (print) annual like actual sports plays and graduation. It's a record of your complete high school experience and it's just awesome."

If you are worried that you and your friends may not be featured in the video annual, don't be.

"We have different types of people on staff so we get different perspectives and different groups of friends," said senior Jenni Parsons.

There will be coverage of all clubs and organizations, as well as classes, dances and musical groups. Music by student bands and choirs will also be on the video annual.

The video annual staff welcomes any suggestions for coverage in the publications room (H-10 and H-11), or given to a video annual staff member.

Said senior Farah Perry: "I think that it's really good to have this year because it's something new that we've never had. I think the seniors should really look into it since it's our last year here."
