Swimmers take second and sixth at state tournament
Despite taking four firsts and six second places out of eleven events, the Bravettes swim team fell short to Bozeman 301-271, at the state swim meet in Hardin, Feb. 7-8.
Braves continue to lose hoop dreams
The Braves lost two conference games before beating the Libby Loggers, 51-35, Feb. 10. The losses included a close 50-46 loss to Big Sky at home Feb. 6, and then a blow out in Missoula by the Sentinel Spartans 54-36, on Feb. 7 .
Wrestlers triumph at divisionals - take 13 to state
In a span of two days, after 420 hard-fought matches, Flathead qualified 13 wrestlers at the western AA divisional tournament in Kalispell, Feb. 7-8, to go to state in Billings this weekend.
After the fall athletic season ended, Flathead High was the only AA high school to finish in the top four in all six sports, placing FHS number three in the running for the annual Great Falls Tribune All-Sports Trophy.
