Flathead team goes 'cross-country' to elite North Carolina meet Despite flash floods, a migraine headache, and a lack of sleep, the Flathead Braves cross-country team overcame many hardships, proving how tough they were by placing fourth overall in the elite Race of Champions in Charlotte, N.C. FHS soccer teams have high expectations for remaining season Six seniors on the girls varsity soccer team shared the role of captain until they realized that too much of a good thing isnt always well, good. Now the captains are down to two: seniors Anna Saverud and Katie Stebbins. The alternate captain is senior Katie Hammer.
