Milk - it may no do your body good

We were all brought up to believe strongly in the nutritional value of milk. It has never really been questioned: milk is supposed to be healthy. But a study published in Discover Magazine suggests that the downfalls of milk may outweigh its benefits.


Call 'em butter, because speech and debate are on a roll

The speech team may once again be headed toward a state title. On Oct. 14, FHS stole the show by winning the Kalispell Kickoff with a 257-point lead over the runner-up, Havre.
