District 66 wins big for Local Lodge 21 member
IAM District 66 in La Crosse, WI won an arbitration award recently bringing back pay and benefits to a Trane Company / Local Lodge 21 member after being wrongfully discharged.

John Davis is a machine operator at Trane and was discharged over a year ago for alleged carelessness. District Lodge 66 and Local Lodge 21 went to bat for Davis immediately challenging the company on the discharge. Brother Davis was returned to work after an arbitrator issued an award in favor of the union position.
